Stepping stones neatly placed over a reflection pool topped with floating plants bridges the gap between LeGa’s shaded entrance porch and a private walled garden where the whole L-shaped property presents itself beautifully before you. A pathway leads onto timber decking with the swimming pool to your right and two ground floor bedrooms on your left. These bedrooms are mirror images of each other and come with king-sized beds, writing desks, walk-through dressing rooms and tropical bathrooms with twin glass sinks, a tub and a tropical rain shower.

At the far end of the swimming pool, folding glass doors connect the pool terrace to a spacious open-plan living room with both ceiling fans and air conditioning. An oversized sofa is placed to view the pool whilst a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and surround-sound is positioned to one side. To the right is a long, 12-seater dining table, whilst to the back of the room a feature kitchen is separated from the lounge area by a marble topped breakfast bar. Perfectly equipped for the western cook the kitchen comes with an oven, a microwave, a three burner hob, a coffee machine and a large fridge as well as a stylish selection of appliances.

A stone staircase from the hallway adjacent to the living room leads up to the three remaining bedrooms. Immediately to the left is a guestroom with sea views from its side windows, a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and overhead rain shower as well as a small walk-through dressing room. To the front and right of the stairs are the two master bedrooms, both of which boast unobstructed views of the sea.

The master bedroom to the right is a huge space with king-size bed, lounge area and private balcony above the pool whilst the master bedroom to the front is similarly styled but comes with an attached lounge with rattan seating that leads to a large terrace with all-weather rattan sofas topped with red cushions boasting stunning sea and sunset views. Bathrooms of these master bedrooms come with dressing areas, tubs and semi-open-air tropical rain showers. All bedrooms are air conditioned and come with satellite TVs and DVD players.
