From top to bottom, Villa Sawan Anda is drenched in modern luxury and style. The master bedroom takes up the entire top floor, offering a romantic hideaway with the best sea views, especially from the jacuzzi bathtub set under a fibre-optic ‘starlit’ ceiling. The ensuite bathroom also has a steam bath for indulgent relaxation. A huge wardrobe, vaulted ceiling and gorgeous painted wall panels give this king-bedded room a classic touch, while its excellent audio-visual entertainment system adds a modern edge. The second bedroom is on the villa’s lower level, and romance abounds here too with silk draping over the king-sized bed and an ensuite with large shower. Those who fancy an indulgent soak can slip across the hall to the 'sparkling' spa room, with its lovely free-form tub. This chic room is furnished with a spa bed and stocked with a range of products for soothing treatments. A sumptuous daybed set in a black lava-rock alcove may be used as a spare single bed if needed. Both the spa room and second bedroom enjoy easy access to the Buddha garden with its stunning sea views. In this elaborately designed outdoor space there's a large barbecue area for enjoying alfresco meals and relaxing with friends.

The villa’s lavishly furnished middle level provides plenty of space for socialising. A hip and comfy living area is set next to a dining room with seating for eight and floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors stretched across the entire front for enjoying wide sea views. Just behind the dining area is a shiny kitchen equipped with Gaggenau appliances, a full stock of cooking gear and all the elegant crockery necessary to present a splendid meal. A sound system and touch-screen lighting control with some colourful options make it easy to set the right mood. Remote-controlled shades on the terrace mean that sun exposure can be adapted to suit, and the sala (gazebo) at one end of the pool allows for comfortable dining at any time of day. The pool's small size is offset by a powerful jet at one end, which offers an endless workout if one swims against the flow.
