Sukaipat is a compact and intimately-sized villa. As you enter through the tropical garden driveway into the house you arrive at an open-plan living and dining area with views through the sliding doors beyond onto the pool terrace and over towards Ao Yon Bay. To the left of this contemporary living space is a dining table for six, whilst to the right is a lounge with TV, DVD player and a stereo system from where music can be played throughout the villa. To the left of the dining table is a western-style kitchen which is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Windows look over the rear garden whilst a doorway leads down to the side lawn.

The two upper floor bedrooms are located to the front of the villa, either side of the shaded outside living deck with sofa and breakfast table. Glossy white tiles and light coloured curtains give the rooms a fresh look. To the right is the master bedroom; glass sliding doors to the front overlook Ao Yon Bay and open directly onto the pool terrace, just inches from the water. This room features a four-poster king-size bed, a computer with internet access, a walk-through wardrobe (lots of cupboard space), a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate rain shower.

The second and third bedrooms are similar in size, layout and design. Both have four-poster king-size beds and sliding doors onto a front terrace with bay views. Whilst the second bedroom features a piano and boasts views from the upper floor, the third bedroom includes an exercise bike and is located directly below it down some steps on a lower private terrace overlooking the garden. Both have wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
